Three parts of TrimeZone

Who uses what — in plain language.

    Owner web workspace

    You log in here to manage salon profile, queue, bookings, services, staff, customers, and plans. Works on phone, tablet, or desktop browser.

  2. 2

    Staff web app

    Each stylist gets their own login to view the live queue, update booking status, and (on Advanced) see earnings. Sign in from the Staff login link on this website.

  3. 3

    Customer mobile app

    Free for your clients — discover salons, view services, join the live queue, and get token updates. They never use the owner panel.

Quick start — first 5 steps

Do this once after you register and log in.

    Create your owner account

    Register on TrimeZone, verify your mobile number with OTP, and log in to the owner workspace.

  2. 2

    Add your salon

    Open My salons — enter shop name, owner name, phone, address, landmark (Google map pin), photos, and description. Save once; edit anytime.

  3. 3

    Start your free trial

    Go to Plans, choose Basic or Advanced for your trial month, and activate. No payment during the first month.

  4. 4

    Add services & staff

    Build your service menu under Services. Create staff logins under Staff so your team can use the staff web app.

  5. 5

    Open the salon & serve customers

    Set the salon to Open on Overview or My salons. Customers find you on the mobile app; you run the queue from Overview or Live queue.

After login, use the left menu (or mobile menu) to open each area below.

Overview (Home)

Daily command centre — open/close salon, queue preview, walk-ins.

    Check salon status

    See if your salon is Open or Closed. Closed salons block new queue joins from the customer app.

  2. 2

    Live queue preview

    View waiting and in-progress bookings for today. Tap a row to update status or assign staff.

  3. 3

    Add walk-in

    Use Add walk-in for customers who arrive without the app. They receive a token in your queue.

  4. 4

    Advance the queue

    Start serving, complete, or skip bookings in order. The app warns you if someone is still waiting ahead.

Tip: Keep Overview open on a reception tablet for the fastest queue control.

Live queue

Full-screen queue for busy days.

    Open Live queue

    Same bookings as Overview, optimised for quick taps during rush hours.

  2. 2

    Refresh

    Use refresh if a booking arrived from another device or the customer app.

  3. 3

    Edit or assign

    Tap a booking to change service, staff, or customer details before you start.

  4. 4

    Next customer

    Use Next in queue when you are ready for the following token.

Services

Your price list — shown to customers when they book.

    Add a service

    Name, price, and duration. Use clear names (e.g. Haircut, Beard trim).

  2. 2

    Edit or remove

    Update prices anytime. Removed services no longer appear for new bookings.

  3. 3

    Match your chair

    List only what you offer so customer expectations stay accurate.

Staff

Team accounts for the staff web app.

    Add staff

    Create name, mobile login, and role. Staff sign in at the staff login page.

  2. 2

    Staff queue

    Staff view and advance their queue from the staff dashboard.

  3. 3

    Payment setup

    On Advanced plan: set commission or salary per staff and track earnings.

  4. 4

    Deactivate

    Turn off a login when someone leaves without deleting history.

Customers

People who booked or visited your salon.

    Customer list

    Names and visit counts from completed bookings and walk-ins.

  2. 2

    Repeat clients

    Recognise regulars and see how often they return.

Analytics

Reports and insights (Advanced plan).

    Dashboard charts

    Booking counts, trends, and staff performance over time.

    Date filters

    Switch between today, week, and month.

    Staff leaderboard

    Top staff by bookings and earnings when payment tracking is on.

Tip: Upgrade to Advanced under Plans if Analytics is locked.

My salon

Profile, photos, shop code, and visibility.

    Salon details

    Name, address, landmark, city, and description on your customer app listing.

    Photos

    Up to 5 storefront or interior images — better photos mean more trust.

  3. 3

    Owner profile photo

    Shown on Top Rated Salon Owners in the customer app.

  4. 4

    Shop code

    Share so customers find your salon quickly in the app.

  5. 5

    Open / Closed

    When Closed, new online queue joins are blocked until you open again.

Plans & billing

Free trial, Basic, and Advanced subscriptions.

    View plans

    Compare Basic and Advanced features and monthly price on the Pricing page or in-app Plans.

  2. 2

    After trial

    Pay monthly in-app to keep access when the trial ends.

  3. 3

    Limits

    Basic: core queue, bookings, up to 3 staff. Advanced: analytics, unlimited staff, earnings tools.

Notifications & settings

Alerts for new bookings and sound preferences.

    Booking alerts

    Enable browser notifications and alert sound under Settings.

  2. 2

    Inbox

    Notifications menu keeps a history of booking events.

  3. 3

    Account

    Change password under Settings → Account & password.
